Flip & Rotate Photos
Mirror a photo horizontally or vertically, or rotate it 90°, 180°, 270° or to any angle you like. The canvas grows automatically so the corners never get cut off.

How to use
- Drag and drop photos or click to choose them (you can add several).
- Use Flip horizontal and Flip vertical to mirror the photo.
- Use Rotate 90° to switch between landscape and portrait, and the Fine angle slider to straighten the horizon.
- Fill the empty space created by rotating with white, black, a color you choose, or transparency (PNG/WebP).
- Choose the file format and quality, then download a single photo directly or several as one ZIP.
When you add several photos, the same flip and rotation settings are applied to all of them at once. That is handy for fixing a batch of photos taken at the same angle (for example, scanned documents or photos that are all tilted the same way).
Tips
Photos taken with a smartphone sometimes look one way on screen but are stored in the file with a different orientation (EXIF orientation data). That is why a photo can look sideways in one app and upright in another. This tool loads photos exactly as they appear on screen, so if you flip and rotate based on what you see, the saved file looks the same way.
If you rotate a photo whose width and height are very different (for example, turning a long, non-square photo by 45 degrees), the canvas grows quite a lot. That is normal: it keeps the photo from being cut off. To make the extra space look clean, pick a background color that matches the photo, or save with a transparent background (PNG) so it blends into the platform's background when you post it.
For a landscape photo with a tilted horizon, or a document or receipt photographed at a slight angle, use the Fine angle slider to adjust in small steps. To check that it is level, use the sea, the horizon or a building's vertical lines in the photo as a reference and move it little by little.
FAQ
Will rotating cut off the corners of my photo?
No. The canvas (background size) automatically widens to fit the angle, so the whole photo stays visible. You can fill the new empty space with any background color or transparency.
Why does a photo from my phone show up in the wrong orientation?
Smartphone photos carry hidden orientation data called EXIF, and different apps can display it differently. This tool applies that orientation when it loads the photo, shows it the way it should look, and lets you flip or rotate it further from there.
What is the difference between Rotate 90° and the fine angle?
The Rotate 90° button turns the photo exactly 90 degrees each time you press it, which is handy for switching between landscape and portrait. The fine angle slider rotates in small steps, for things like straightening a slightly tilted horizon. You can use both together.
Can I rotate several photos the same way at once?
Yes. When you add several photos, the flip and rotation you set are applied to all of them equally. A single photo downloads directly, and several photos download together as one ZIP file.
