Long Image Splitter
Upload a tall image like a product detail page or a long screenshot and split it into equal parts, fixed heights or at cut lines you place by hand. Download each slice on its own or all at once as a ZIP.

How to use
- Drag and drop a tall image (a product detail page, a screenshot and so on) or click to choose it.
- Choose a split mode: equal parts (set the number of slices), fixed height (set the height in px) or add cut lines manually.
- In manual mode, click the preview where you want to add a cut line, and click it again to remove it.
- Choose the file format (JPG, PNG or WebP) and quality to see each slice’s size (px, KB) right away.
- Download slices one at a time, or get them all at once with “Save all slices (ZIP)”.
Online stores often limit how large each image can be. For example, Naver Smart Store (a Korean marketplace) allows up to 20 MB per image in product descriptions (Naver customer center, checked 2026-10-04). If a long detail-page image has become too large, splitting it into sections with this tool is the safe way to upload it.
Tips
You need to split long images more often than you might think. Product detail pages on online marketplaces are usually made as one very tall image, but platforms limit the file size per image (for example, 20 MB on Naver), so an image that is too long can exceed the limit or upload slowly. Screenshots of long blog posts or chat conversations are also often hard to read as one image, so splitting them by section makes them easier to view. In these cases, set the number of slices with “Split into N equal parts,” or give every slice the same height with “Fixed height” to split it quickly.
Equal parts is useful when the number of slices is fixed (for example, when you want exactly 5 images like a carousel post), and fixed height is useful when the height of each slice matters (for example, as long as possible within an upload limit, 1000px or 1500px at a time). With fixed height, only the last slice may be shorter, and that is normal. If you don't want content cut in an awkward place, use “Add cut lines manually” and choose spots where a paragraph or section doesn't break. Click the preview to add a line at that spot, and click the same spot again to remove it.
Slices are saved with an order number in the file name (01, 02…), so you can upload them again in the right order without mixing them up. If there are many slices, “Save all slices (ZIP)” is the easiest; if you only need a few, pick them in the list and press Download. To join several photos back into one long image, use the vertical layout in the Photo Collage Maker.
FAQ
Should I use equal parts or fixed height?
If the number of slices matters (for example, you want exactly 3 images), use equal parts. If each slice must be no taller than a certain height (for example, 1000px to fit an upload limit), use fixed height. With fixed height, only the last slice may be shorter.
How do I add cut lines manually?
Change the split mode to “Add cut lines manually” and click the preview image where you want to cut. A cut line appears there, and clicking the same spot again removes it. This is useful for avoiding cuts through the middle of a section.
Can I choose between downloading slices one by one or as a ZIP?
Yes. However many slices there are, “Save one by one” downloads them in order, and “Save all slices (ZIP)” gives you a single compressed file with all of them.
Is my image uploaded to a server?
No. All processing happens only inside this browser. Your image is not sent anywhere.
