Effective date: October 4, 2026 (prepared to reflect the items required by Article 30 of Korea's Personal Information Protection Act and Article 31 of its Enforcement Decree as of the date checked).
Ttukttak Design (the "Service") has no sign-up and does not directly collect or store personal information that identifies users. This page explains what information may be processed while you use the Service and what rights you have.
1. Purposes and items of processing
- Providing the Service and security (automatically generated information): when you visit the site, your IP address, browser type, access time and requested URL may be processed automatically while the hosting provider delivers the web pages. The purpose is to provide the Service and to respond to outages and security issues.
- Responding to inquiries: if you contact us by email, we process your email address and message only to handle the inquiry. Please do not include sensitive information such as national ID or bank account numbers.
- Photos, designs and text: photos, designs and text you add to or create with the tools are processed only inside your browser and are not sent to or stored on the Service's servers.
2. Retention period and deletion
- Access information: the operator does not store it separately. The hosting provider's retention period follows its own policy.
- Inquiry information: deleted without delay once the inquiry is handled. If the law requires retention, it is kept separately for that period.
- Deletion method: electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered.
3. Provision to third parties
The Service does not provide personal information to third parties.
4. Outsourcing and international transfer
The Service runs its website on Cloudflare Pages, provided by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit, the following information may pass through servers abroad.
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Information transferred | IP address, browser type, access time, requested URL |
| Recipient | Cloudflare, Inc. (contact: as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy, https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/) |
| Countries | The United States and other countries where Cloudflare data centers are located (the exact country depends on where you connect from) |
| When and how | Over the network, whenever you visit the site |
| Purpose | Website hosting, content delivery, security |
| Retention period | According to Cloudflare's policy |
| How to refuse and effect | No transfer happens if you don't visit the site. If you refuse, you cannot use the Service. |
5. External services your browser connects to directly
- YouTube thumbnail download tool (Korean site): when you check the permission box and enter a video URL, your browser requests the public thumbnail directly from Google's (YouTube's) image server (i.ytimg.com). Your IP address and similar information are sent to Google. The operator does not receive this information.
- Other tools load fonts and scripts from the Service's own servers and do not use external font servers.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
- The Service does not set cookies itself to identify users. Visit statistics: to see which pages are used most, the Service uses Cloudflare Web Analytics from Cloudflare, Inc. It does not use cookies or browser storage; it collects information such as the page URL, referrer, browser and device type, and country, and shows it only as aggregate statistics. It does not collect files or content you add or enter, and the operator cannot identify individual visitors from these statistics. Processing follows Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- The Service plans to run ads (such as Google AdSense). When ads are shown, the following applies.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
- You can turn off personalized ads in Google Ads Settings (https://www.google.com/settings/ads), and opt out of some third-party vendors' personalized ads at https://www.aboutads.info/choices/.
- Before ads are shown, we will update this policy with the ad vendors' names and how cookies and ad identifiers are handled.
- You can allow or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may limit some ad features but does not affect using the tools.
7. Your rights and how to exercise them
You may request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your personal information held by the Service (such as an inquiry email). Contact the privacy officer below and we will act without delay. Because the Service does not keep personal information that identifies users, there may be no information to provide.
8. Children
The Service does not collect personal information from children under 14. Children under 14 should use the Service with a parent or guardian and should not include personal information in inquiries. If we learn that a child's personal information was received, we delete it immediately.
9. Security measures
