Effective October 7, 2026. These terms are between you, as a contributor to the Ttukttak Design community, and the site operator. They are not legal advice.
1. What you can upload
- Templates: files saved with the editor's "Save project (.json)"
- Images: PNG, JPG, WEBP
- Fonts: TTF, OTF, WOFF2, with the license text file
2. Your promise about rights
You confirm that you made the item yourself or have the right to release it under the license you choose. That covers everything inside it: photos, fonts, artwork and people.
3. License you grant
- Images and templates: CC0 1.0 (no conditions) or CC BY 4.0 (credit required).
- Fonts: the original SIL OFL 1.1, Apache 2.0 or MIT license, uploaded together with the license text.
- Anyone may use your item, including commercially, under the license you picked. We store, display and distribute it within that license.
4. Not allowed
- Photos you didn't take, images downloaded from the web, screenshots of other apps, videos or games
- Paid fonts, fonts with restricted use, or fonts whose license you can't confirm
- Brand logos, trademarks, characters or other people's intellectual property
- Photos of people without their consent, or anything showing personal information
- Illegal, sexual, hateful or violent content, and malware
5. Review and removal
Uploads go public only after review. We may reject, hide or delete any item that we believe breaks these terms or the law, and we'll tell you why. We have no duty to pre-screen everything (Korean Copyright Act, Art. 102(3)).
6. Repeat infringers
Accounts with 3 confirmed infringing items can no longer upload. Serious, obvious cases may be suspended sooner.
7. Takedown and restoration (Korean Copyright Act, Arts. 102 and 103)
- Rights holders can file a takedown notice on the report page.
- When we receive a notice, we hide the item right away and notify both the claimant and the uploader.
- The uploader can ask for restoration from "My uploads" by explaining their rights. We tell the claimant about the request and the restoration date, then restore it on that date, unless the claimant tells us before then that they have filed a lawsuit.
- Anyone who requests a takedown or restoration without a legitimate right is liable for the resulting damages (Art. 103(6)).
Designated recipient for takedown notices: Ttukttak Design operator · [email protected]
8. Responsibility
Uploaders are responsible for any infringement caused by their items. As long as we follow the process above, we are not liable for damages caused by items uploaded by others, except for our own intent or gross negligence. If you download an item, follow its license (for example, credit the author for CC BY).
9. Account
Uploading requires signing in with Google. To delete your account, email [email protected]. See our Privacy Policy for details.
