If an item in the Ttukttak Design community infringes your copyright or other rights, you can file a takedown notice with the form below (Korean Copyright Act, Art. 103(1)). No sign-in needed.

What happens next
- We hide the item right away and give you a reference number.
- We notify you and the uploader.
- If the uploader shows they have the rights and asks for restoration, we tell you the restoration date and restore it on that date, unless you tell us before then that you've filed a lawsuit (Art. 103(3)).
- Accounts with 3 confirmed infringements are suspended.
Please note: requesting a takedown without a legitimate right makes you liable for the resulting damages (Art. 103(6)). Notices sent by email follow the same process.
